Southwestern Native American green turquoise Sterling silver bead necklace, unmarked but most likely by Navajo J. Sickles as this is his signature design. This outstanding necklace showcases a pendant with a green turquoise dangle. The stone is set in a smooth bezel wrapped in silver rope and framed by a carinated, filed border adorned with silver raindrops.
The pendant has two raised leaves on top and is filed on the bottom. The bead necklace has round bench and melon beads, and measure 25.5 from hook to eye. The pendant is 3" tall, top to bottom, by 2 1/4" wide, and weighs approximately 70 grams.Note: One of the melon beads near the clasp has a couple of dents, and another one has a light ding, most likely unnoticeable when worn. Thank you for supporting authentic Native American art.
